Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden water damage, structural defects, code-required upgrades) are discovered.
All contracts exceeding $2,500 will comply with Florida’s Home Solicitation Sales Act and lien law requirements.
No work will begin until a written agreement is signed and applicable deposits are paid.

If certain Website features require registration, you are responsible for maintaining account security. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials subject to their terms.
KFR Roofing Solutions provides a limited workmanship warranty (details vary by project and will be included in your contract).
Warranties are void if alterations or repairs are made by others without our written approval.

By clicking “Submit,” “Request a Quote,” or otherwise engaging with the Website, you consent to electronic communications and signatures, which have the same force as written documents.

Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise stated.
Under Florida Construction Lien Law (Chapter 713, F.S.), unpaid contractors or suppliers may have lien rights against your property. You will receive a “Notice to Owner” when applicable.

We will secure necessary permits and inspections as required by City of Tallahassee and Leon County.
All work will comply with the Florida Building Code.
Customer agrees to provide property access for required inspections.

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
